In this classic, heartfelt sci-fi masterpiece, a gentle alien becomes stranded on Earth and befriended by a young boy named Elliott. Spielberg, a known master of sci-fi storytelling, is releasing his new alien epic on June 12th - Disclosure Day (also playing here) - which is why we decided to bring E.T. back to the big-screen as intended (Fun fact: E.T. originally played the UNITED in 1982 and was the last film to play here before the theater closed in 1986). Critic Pauline Kael called it “a dream of a movie.”\n\n
