In recognition of its 50th Reunion, The Westerly High School Class of 1970 gathered donations from classmates to establish the Westerly High School Music Hall of Fame.Dedicated to honoring graduates of Westerly High School and others who have made significant contributions in the areas of music writing, performance, production, and education, it held its first Induction Ceremony at the UNITED in November of 2021. Since that time, the WHS Class of 1972 has made a substantial contribution to the WHS Music Hall of Fame as part of their class gift celebrating its 50th Reunion year.

The 2023 Induction ceremony will take place on Sunday, April 2 at 2 pm at the United Theatre in Westerly. Inductees will include Florence Soloveitzik (Class of 1922), Marilyn Brockmann (Class of 1945, Margaret Day (Class of 1955), Angela Bacari (Class of 1961), George Bokkataub (Class of 1961), John Graham (Class of 1966), William Thorpe (Class of 1966), Robert Guarino (Class of 1966), Albert Norcia (former teacher Babcock Jr, High), David DeAngelis (former teacher Westerly High School).
